Picture it! Jack had a lot of lady lovers, think he wouldn’t have had some offspring along the way? 

Same with our dear Commodore when he was going through his darker, less honorable time. 

Fast forward a few centuries later and one Jack’s descendants was Tony Stark, and Norry’s was Steve Rogers. Yep, sooner or later later their genes were BOUND to meet up…. and be at odds yet again. xD. Tony and Jack could swap a lot of stories and Norry would be the one person who would love Steve more than Agent Coulson.  

I’m calling it canon because, Disney owns Marvel, and well, for another thing RDJ looks a lot like Johnny Depp as does Chris Evans with Jack Davenport… so why not?
